There can be a few reasons the member ID code isn’t being accepted.
- Is the code in our system? If it isn't please send us an updated employee / members list.
- Have they added the prefix or are they only using their employee / member number?
- How long ago did the member request the registration link? Registration e-mails expire after about 1 hour.
- Are they selecting the country for which the account is linked? If they select USA and the company is only setup for Canada, their code will not work.
