If an employee / member says their Member ID is not working, what should I do?

There can be a few reasons the member ID code isn’t being accepted.

  • Is the code in our system? If it isn't please send us an updated employee / members list.
  • Have they added the prefix or are they only using their employee / member number?
  • How long ago did the member request the registration link? Registration e-mails expire after about 1 hour.
  • Are they selecting the country for which the account is linked? If they select USA and the company is only setup for Canada, their code will not work.
