There can be a few reasons why they’re being asked for a member ID code.
- Is the domain they’re using loaded into our system?
- Are they adding a space at the end of their e-mail address?
- Is the member using their corporate email address?
- How long ago did the member request the link? Registration e-mails expire after about 1 hour.
- Are they selecting the country for which the account is linked? If they select USA and the company is only setup for Canada, they will be asked for a member ID.
