We are setup to register with work e-mails but employees / members are being asked for a member ID code, what should we do?

There can be a few reasons why they’re being asked for a member ID code.

  • Is the domain they’re using loaded into our system?
  • Are they adding a space at the end of their e-mail address?
  • Is the member using their corporate email address?
  • How long ago did the member request the link? Registration e-mails expire after about 1 hour.
  • Are they selecting the country for which the account is linked? If they select USA and the company is only setup for Canada, they will be asked for a member ID.
