There can be a few reasons why they’re being asked for a member ID code.
- Is the e-mail domain they’re using to register loaded into our system? If not, the system cannot validate them. Please contact your Account Manager to add an e-mail domain.
- Are they adding a space at the end of their e-mail address? If they are, they will need to remove the space.
- Are they using their corporate email address? If they use a personal e-mail address the system cannot validate them.
- How long ago did the member request the link? Registration e-mails expire after about 30 minutes.
- Are they selecting the country for which the account is linked? If they select USA and the company is only setup for Canada, they will not be able to register.
