Where can I retrieve my Canada's Wonderland ticket(s)?

Please allow a few minutes for the email to be sent to your inbox.

After a few minutes, if the email has not arrived, check the Spam folder. If the receipt confirmation email is not there, it can be retrieved from the Canada's Wonderland store. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.canadaswonderland.com/
2. Click on the cart icon on the top right
3. Once in the ticketing portal, exit the pop-up that appears.
4. Click on "Menu" in the top left.
5. Scroll down to "Order Lookup"
6. Enter the email address and phone number used at the time of purchase and click Search.
