There are 2 possible causes of a member ID code error.
- You are inputting the incorrect format for the member ID code. You can clarify with your HR manager or benefits coordinator to ensure you are using the correct format.
- You have tried too many times to input your member ID code. These numerous attempts will cause the system to timeout. Please contact Perkopolis customer service if this is the case.
