Most of our tickets are automated but a select number of tickets are processed manually by our team at Perkopolis.
These tickets are fulfilled during our regular operating hours (see below).
If your order is placed before 4pm EST, Monday - Saturday, you will receive your tickets the same day. If you place your order outside these hours, it will be processed on the next business day.
Our operating hours are:
Monday - Thursday 9am to 7pm EST
Friday 9am to 5pm EST
Saturday 10am to 6pm EST
We're closed on Sundays and on all statutory holidays.
