Why is my account disabled?

There are a few possible reasons your account has been disabled

  • If your account has been inactive for a long period of time it likely went dormant. Please contact customer service to reactivate it. 
  • If you have left the company providing your membership, they'll request we close the account.
  • If there has been a change in your companies registration method it may affect your ability to sign in. Please contact customer service.
  • It is possible that your organization is no longer a Perkopolis partner.
