Why is my account disabled?

There are a few possible reasons your account has been disabled

  • It is possible that your organization is no longer a Perkopolis partner.
  • If your account has been inactive for 3 years or more. You may contact customer service to reactivate your membership. 
  • If you have left the company providing your membership.
  • If there has been a change in your membership ID or employee number.
